  • How does the actual operating business standing compare with the aspired future business?
  • What needs to be preserved and what needs to be changed?
  • To what extent can processes be left to employees to organise themselves and when is it necessary for intervention?
  • Which decisions can be decentralized and which form part of a central overall responsibility?
